ROHTAK: Retired Supreme Court Judge Justice S. Ravindra Bhat has been appointed as a distinguished professor at Dr. B.R. Ambedkar National Law University, Sonipat. Justice Bhat retired from the Supreme Court last week.
He began as an additional judge in the Delhi High Court in 2004, later becoming the Chief Justice of the Rajasthan High Court in 2019.On September 23, 2019, he assumed his position as a sitting judge in the Supreme Court of India. Justice Bhat authored 122 judgments and participated in 433 benches.
Prof. Archana Mishra, Vice-Chancellor of NLU Sonipat, expressed that Justice Bhat’s appointment will elevate the institution to a world-class level in the field of law and research.
