CSIR UGC NET 2024: Candidates can download provisional answer key from csirnet.nta.ac.in and challenge it until March 14, 2025.

CSIR UGC NET December 2024: The National Testing Agency (NTA) has released the provisional answer key for the CSIR UGC NET 2024 today, March 11, 2025. Candidates who appeared for the exam can now download the provisional answer key and their response sheets through the official website, csirnet.nta.ac.in. The NTA has opened the objection window and candidates can challenge the provisional answer key from March 11 to March 14, 2025.

How To Download & Challenge CSIR UGC NET 2025 Provisional Answer Key?

Step 1: Visit the official website, csirnet.nta.ac.in.

Step 2: On the homepage, click on the link that reads “Joint CSIR-UGC NET DEC-2024: Click Here to Answer Key Challenge”

Step 3: In the newly opened tab enter your application number and date of birth.

Step 4: Once submitted, the provisional answer key will appear on your screen, download it.

Step 5: Click on the ‘Challenge’ button to view and challenge the answers.

Step 6: The ID next to the “Correct Option” column represents the correct answer used by  NTA. Select the checkboxes for any answers you wish to challenge.

Step 7: Upload supporting documents for your claim by clicking the ‘Choose File’ option.

Step 8: Click ‘Submit and Review Your Claims’ to view all the questions you have challenged.

Candidates who are not satisfied with CSIR NET December 2024 provisional answer key can raise objections until March 14, 2025, by paying a fee of Rs 200 per question. To raise an objection, candidates must provide adequate evidence to support their claim. All challenges will be reviewed by a panel of subject-matter experts, and if any changes are found to be valid, they will be incorporated into the final answer key.

The CSIR UGC NET 2025 exam was conducted from February 28 to March 2, 2025, in 326 examination centres across 164 cities, for a total of 2,38,451 candidates. The exam was held in Computer-Based Test (CBT) mode.
