The Madhya Pradesh Government School Education Department has directed all schools to remain closed from May 1 to June 15.

As soon as April started, various states have released holiday calendars. After West Bengal, now Madhya Pradesh has also declared summer holidays. All schools in Madhya Pradesh will be closed in May. The Meteorological Department has issued an alert of excessive heat this year. School holidays will also be decided accordingly. The Madhya Pradesh government has also given information about the winter vacation date along with the summer vacation in the school holiday calendar.

Due to the new session starting in April, the holiday calendar is usually released in this month. This time there will be 46 days of summer vacation in the schools of Madhya Pradesh. The Madhya Pradesh Government School Education Department has directed all schools to remain closed from May 1 to June 15. According to this, students will get a total of 46 days of vacation. At the same time, summer vacation of 31 days has been declared for teachers from May 1 to May 31.

Madhya Pradesh School Education Department has also given information about Dussehra, Diwali, and Winter Vacation 2025. Students and parents can make their plans according to the holidays. The Dussehra holiday will be from October 1 to 3, 2025 in Madhya Pradesh. After this, schools will also remain closed during the Diwali holidays from October 18 to 23, 2025. On the other hand, all the schools of MP will remain closed from December 31, 2025, to January 4, 2026, for winter vacation.
