SSC GD Constable Result Last Year Trends and Full Analysis: The Staff Selection Commission (SSC), which conducts the Constable GD exam, is expected to release the results this month. The SSC Constable GD exam was held between February 4 and 25 for 39481 vacancies in BSF, CISF, CRPF, SSB, ITBP, AR, SSF, and NCB. As of now, there is no confirmation from the Commission. SSC has a record of releasing the GD results in a month’s gap.
Once there is an update from the SSC about the Constable GD results, aspirants who appeared in the exam can check the results from the official website — ssc.nic.in. The Commission will release the results in a PDF format, which will consist of students’ roll numbers and cut-offs of the year.
SSC GD 2025: When were results declared in 2024?
In the year 2024, the SSC GD exam was conducted between February 20 and March 30, with the physical test between September 23 and November 9, 2024. The results for the same were declared on December 14.
On the other hand, in 2023, the exams were conducted between January 10 and February 13, 2023, with the results of the computer-based examination on April 8, 2023. In the exam, 3,70,998 aspirants were shortlisted for PET and PST exams. The results for the same were declared on June 30.
In 2022, the results were announced on August 20, wherein 47 lakh candidates appeared for 26146 vacancies.
The final SSC GD marks will be calculated based on the scores obtained in the Computer-Based Examination (CBE). Each correct answer will earn 2 marks, while 0.25 marks will be deducted for each incorrect answer. SSC GD aspirants who are shortlisted must have their documents verified to join the respective departments.
According to the SSC pay matrix, the post of Sepoy in NCB has a pay range of Rs 18,000 to 56,900, while for other posts, the pay level is 3, with Rs 21,700 to Rs 69,100. The SSC recruitment process consists of a computer-based examination (CBE), PST, PET, followed by a medical examination (DME/ RME) and document verification. Candidates will be shortlisted based on their state, area and category on their merit in the CBT mode.
