The Andhra Pradesh government has started the recruitment of 16,347 teachers under the Mega DSC (District Selection Committee). As per the Department of School Education, aspiring teachers can submit their applications online between April 20 and May 15. The official website to register for the post is–apdsc.apcfss.in.
Aspirants have to select the register now option on the homepage and read the AP DSC Recruitment instructions carefully before proceeding to fill the application form.
“The government has decided to conduct a Mega DSC to fill 16,347 teacher posts. The Mega DSC notification will be released on April 20, 2025. Teacher aspirants can submit their applications online from April 20 to May 15, 2025,” said the press release issued in the intervening night of Saturday and Sunday.
The Computer-based tests (CBT) of AP DSC Recruitment will be conducted from June 6 to July 6, added the release. Out of 16,347 vacancies, 14,088 are district level and 2,259 state/zonal level. Mega DSC and the issuance of an annual job calendar were election manifesto promises of the TDP-led NDA government in the run-up to the 2024 polls.
AP DSC Recruitment 2025: How to apply
Step 1: Visit the official website–apdsc.apcfss.in.
Step 2: On the homepage, select the register now option and read the manual carefully.
Step 3: Once done, select the proceed button and fill in the form.

Step 4: The form consists of personal, and communication details. Candidates will have to fill in the details to generate OTP and proceed to upload the relevant documents to support their eligibility.
Step 5: Complete the form and select the submit button and pay the requisite amount of the application.
Aspirants will have to keep tracking the official website–apdsc.apcfss.in– to stay updated with the information of the recruitment. Once the AP DSC recruitment closes, application edit window option might open for candidates followed by city intimation slips and admit cards for the exam. The exam will be conducted between June 6 and July 6, over a period of a month.
