CBSE Result 2025: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) is gearing up to announce the Class 10 and Class 12 board exam results for the academic year 2024–25. While the official confirmation is still awaited, the results are likely to be declared in the last week of May 2025, based on trends from previous years.
CBSE Class 10th, 12th Result 2025 Date:
In 2024, CBSE announced the results on May 13, while in 2023, they were released on May 12. In 2022, due to pandemic-related delays, the results came out on July 22. If the board follows the usual timeline, students can expect the results around mid to late May 2025.
Where to Check CBSE Board Results 2025?
Once released, students can check their CBSE board results on the official websites — cbse.gov.in and results.cbse.nic.in. The scorecards will be accessible by entering roll number, date of birth, and the security pin provided on the result portal.
Steps To Check CBSE Class 10 & 12 Results 2025
Step 1: Visit the official website – cbse.gov.in
Step 2: Click on the link for “CBSE 10th Result 2025″ or “CBSE 12th Result 2025″
Step 3: Enter your roll number, date of birth, and the security pin
Step 4: Click on Submit and your your CBSE Result 2025 will appear on the screen
Step 5: View, download, and print your result for future reference
CBSE Results 2025: Previous Year Performance
In 2024, 21,84,117 students registered for the CBSE Class 10 exams, of which 21,65,805 appeared and 20,16,779 successfully passed, recording a pass percentage of 93.12 per cent. For Class 12, 16,80,256 students registered, 16,60,511 appeared, and 14,50,174 cleared the exams, resulting in a pass percentage of 87.33 per cent. In 2023, the pass percentage for class 10th was 93.12 per cent and 87.33 per cent for class 12th.
