NEET UG 2025 City Intimation Slip: The National Testing Agency (NTA) has released exam city intimation slip for the National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test Undergraduate (NEET-UG) 2025. Registered candidates can now check and download their NEET UG 2025 Exam City Slip through the official website – neet.nta.nic.in. The NTA is scheduled to conduct the NEET UG 2025 exam on May 4, 2025.
How To Download NEET UG Exam City Slip 2025?
Step 1: Visit the official website – neet.nta.nic.in
Step 2: On the homepage, click on the link that reads “Advance City Intimation for NEET(UG)-2025 is LIVE!”
Step 3: On the newly opened page, enter your application number, date of birth and other required credentials
Step 4: Now click on submit and your NEET UG 2025 Intimation Slip will appear on the screen
Step 5: Download the NTA NEET City Slip and save it for future reference

Candidates must note that the NEET UG 2025 exam city slip is merely inform them about the city of their exam centre and the admit cards will be issued separately. According to the official bulletin, the NEET UG 2025 Admit Cards will be released on the official webiste on May 1, 2025.
NEET UG 2025 Exam Date & Time
NTA is scheduled to conduct the NEET UG 2025 examination on May 4, 2025 from 2.00 pm to 5.00 pm. The exam will conducted in 552 cities across the country and 14 locations abroad in Pen and Paper mode.
NEET UG 2025: Exam Pattern and Marking Scheme
The NEET UG 2025 exam will feature a total of 180 mandatory questions covering Physics, Chemistry, and Biology. Out of these, 45 questions each will be from Physics and Chemistry, while Biology will account for 90 questions. Candidates will be given 3 hours to complete the paper, which carries a maximum of 720 marks.
The marking scheme is as follows:
+4 marks will be awarded for every correct or most appropriate answer.
-1 mark will be deducted for each incorrect response.
No marks will be awarded or deducted for unanswered questions.
