NTA NEET UG 2025 City Intimation Slip Download: The National Eligibility cum Entrance Test Undergraduate (NEET UG) advanced city slips have been released on April 23. The National Testing Agency (NTA) has made the NEET UG city slip link live at neet.nta.nic.in and nta.ac.in. NEET UG 2025 will be held on May 4.

Applicants can login at the official website to check and download the NEET 2025 UG exam city centre intimation slips. In case any candidate faces difficulty in downloading/checking the NEET UG city intimation slip for NEET UG 2025, she/he can contact NTA at 011- 40759000 and 011-69227700 or e-mail at neetug2025@nta.ac.in.

Can we change NEET exam centre now? No, you cannot change your NEET exam center once the application correction window has closed. The allotted exam center is usually final and can only be modified during the designated correction period. However, you can try contacting the NTA directly if there’s a significant issue.

NTA will be releasing the NEET UG 2025 hall ticket next. Last year, NTA had released the NEET UG admit card on May 1 for the May 4 exam. The admit card was released on May 4 in 2023 for the May 7 exam. In 2022, while NEET UG was held on July 17, the hall ticket was released on July 12. In 2021, however, the NEET UG admit card was issued on September 6 and NEET UG was conducted on September 12.

In case of any discrepancy in the particulars of the candidate or his/her photograph and signatures is noticed on the NEET UG admit card, the candidate will have to immediately approach the NTA help line. In such cases, NTA said, candidates would appear in the medical entrance test with the already downloaded admit card. However, NTA will take necessary action to make corrections in the record later.

NEET UG 2025 will revert to its pre-COVID format, eliminating optional questions and extra time. The exam will consist of 180 compulsory questions: 45 each in physics and chemistry, and 90 in biology. Candidates will have 180 minutes to complete the paper, marking a return to the pre-pandemic structure after a temporary adjustment introduced during COVID-19.
