AHSEC Assam HS Result 2025 Date: The Assam Higher Secondary Education Council (AHSEC) is likely to announce their Higher Secondary (HS) exam results this week. HS result link will be available at the official AHSEC website – ahsec.assam.gov.in, once the Assam board announces the result. HS result will also be available at education.indianexpress.com.
As per reports, this year over 3 lakh HS students have registered for their Assam board exams. The AHSEC Arts stream has the highest (2,30,091) number of students followed by science with 57,724 students, Commerce with 17,869, and Vocational Education has 1,241 students.
Moreover, this year, more female students (1,62,423) are taking the exams than male students (1,44,502).
Assam HS scorecard mentions the marks scored by students in different subjects. The details about the following particulars will be communicated through online result: name of the student, roll number, name of the school, subject name and code, marks obtained in the theory and the practical exams.
Students will have to collect the original Assam board HS mark sheet from school authorities later. This online mark sheet can only be used by students as a reference for college admission purposes. The mark sheet will mention the personal details of students, along with their marks scored in different subjects and a cumulative score.
AHSEC Assam Board HS Class 12 exams were held between February 13 and March 17 in two shifts. The first session of the exams was held between 9:o0 am and 12:00 pm, while the second shift exams were conducted from 1:30 pm to 4:30 pm. The practical component of the AHSEC Assam Board HS Class 12 exams was conducted from January 29 to February 10.

Last year, the AHSEC Assam Board HS Class 12 result was declared on May 9, 2024. The AHSEC Assam Board HS Class 12 exams last year were held between February 12 and March 13.
The overall pass percentage last year was 88.64 per cent. The pass percentage last year increased to 88.64 per cent from 84.96 per cent in 2023.
A total of 2,73,908 students appeared for the AHSEC HS exams 2024 out of which 2,42,794 passed the exam. Girls with a pass percentage of 86.49 per cent outperformed boys with a pass percentage of 86.49 per cent across every stream. Nikhilesh Dutta, Sukanya Kumar and Sankalpjit Saikia secured the top positions across the Science, Commerce and Arts stream respectively.
