The Arts stream followed with 81.13%, while Commerce, despite a lower success rate of 74.42%, also saw a notable performance by its top student. Kristin Laldinpuii Ralte from Oikos Higher Secondary School, Aizawl, secured the top rank in Commerce with 470 marks.
The following table provides a concise summary of the HSSLC 2025 toppers:
Outstanding performance with room for improvement
While many schools celebrated high success rates—46 schools in the Arts stream recorded 100% results and all 69 Science stream schools saw students pass—there remain areas that call for academic intervention. Notably, two schools in the Arts stream and two in the Commerce stream recorded zero pass rates, indicating disparities that the MBSE may address in the future.
