CBSE Board Class 10, Class 12 Result 2025 Date, Time, Direct Link: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) is expected to announce the results of Class 10 and Class 12 students by this week. However, the official date and time have yet to be released. Earlier, the board dismissed false notices regarding the release dates being circulated on social media.
Once CBSE results are announced, candidates can check them on the following official websites – results.cbse.gov.in, results.cbse.nic.in, cbseresults.nic.in and cbseservices.digilocker.gov.in. They can alternatively check their results on the UMANG app, Digilocker and Interactive Voice Response System (IVRS).

Over 44 lakh students across the country are currently awaiting the results of their board examinations, which were held from February 15 to March 18. As many as 24.12 lakh CBSE Class 10 students took exams in 84 subjects, whereas 17.88 lakh Class 12 students took exams across 120 subjects.

Step 4: Enter your details like roll number and submit.

How to check results on DigiLocker
CBSE Board Class 10 and 12 Result 2025: Check result on DigiLocker
Step 1: Go to DigiLocker’s official website – digilocker.gov.in.
Step 2: Log in with your existing credentials or sign up for a new account if you don’t already have one.
Step 3: Navigate to the CBSE Results section, usually located under the “Education” or “Results” tab.

Step 4: Enter your CBSE roll number, school number, and other required details as per the instructions provided.
Step 5: After entering the details, you should be able to access your Class 10 or Class 12 results.
What is the DigiLocker Access Code?
CBSE has made available the DigiLocker security 6-digit security PIN, also known as ‘access codes’, required to access digital versions of key academic documents, including the board examination marksheet.
The board informed that it has distributed these student-wise access codes to schools through their DigiLocker school accounts. These codes must be handed to students individually to ensure secure access to their digital academic records.

How to check results via IVRS
CBSE Class 10 and 12 exam candidates can also check their results through Interactive Voice Response System (IVRS). To check the results via voice system, students need to dial the number – 24300699 – along with the code of their area preceding the given number.
Students must note that the scorecard will be provisional. To get the original scorecard, students must collect them from their respective schools.
In the previous academic year, CBSE announced the results on May 13. In 2023 it was announced on May 12. In 2022 and 2021, the dates were July 22 and August 3.

How to check results on the official website
Step 1: Visit the official website – cbseresults.nic.in.
Step 2: On the homepage click on the Class 10/12 result link.
Step 3: Log-in using credentials such as registration number and date of birth
Step 4: The result will be displayed on the screen.
Step 5: Download and save the CBSE Class 12 result for future use.

In CBSE examinations, the pass criteria is different for Class 10 and Class 12. Class 10 candidates are required to secure 33 per cent marks to pass by combining marks of both theory and internal assessment. On the other hand, Class 12 students are required to secure 33 per cent marks separately in theory and practical papers.
