This year, around 19.39 lakh students registered for the RBSE board exams. Of them, over 11.22 lakh appeared for Class 10, while over 8 lakh sat for Class 12 exams across the Arts, Science, and Commerce streams. Class 10 exams were held from March 6 to April 4, and Class 12 exams concluded on April 9.

RBSE 10th, 12th Result 2025: Previous Year Highlights

In 2024, the RBSE Class 10th result was released on May 29. About 10.6 lakh students registered for the exam, and 10.39 lakh appeared. The overall pass percentage was 93.03%, with boys at 92.64% and girls outperforming them at 93.46%.

In Class 12, girls performed better across all streams—Commerce saw a pass percentage of 98.95%, Science 97.73%, and Arts 96.88%.

RBSE 10th, 12th Result 2025: Passing Criteria

To pass the RBSE Class 10 or 12 exams, students must secure at least 33% marks in each subject, including both theory and practical sections. Those who fail to meet the minimum in any subject will be placed in the compartment/supplementary category.
