NTA NEET UG 2025 Answer Key Direct Link Live Updates: The National Testing Agency (NTA) will likely release the provisional NEET UG answer keys this week. As of now, there is no confirmation from the Agency as to when the provisional answer keys will be released. Once NEET UG provisional answer keys is released, students can check them at neet.nta.nic.in. The exam was conducted on May 4.
In last year’s session, NEET UG 2024 was conducted on May 5, 2024, and the provisional answer key was released on May 29, 2024, which was 24 days after the examination. However, going back further, in NEET UG 2023, the exam was held on May 7, 2023, and the provisional answer key was published on June 4, 2023, exactly 28 days after the exam.
According to students who took the test and experts in the field, the questions in the NEET UG 2025 exam were more difficult compared to previous years. Around 22.7 lakh candidates registered for the exam, down from 24 lakh last year.
Many candidates found the overall paper more time-consuming and conceptually demanding. The questions followed the pre-Covid pattern, and the increased complexity, especially in Physics and Chemistry, made scoring high marks more difficult. The difficulty level this year will likely affect the number of very high scorers, claims experts.

In the wake of the NEET UG paper leak last year, the Centre had constituted a committee headed by former ISRO Chairman K Radhakrishnan to recommend measures to conduct public exams in a “transparent, smooth, and fair way.” The committee had recommended conducting public exams along the lines of elections, through coordination panels at the state and district levels.
