The National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) will release the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test or NEET PG 2025 exam city allotment slip today, June 2. Candidates will receive the information on their registered email IDs as well as on the official websites at natboard.edu.in or nbe.edu.in.
The admit cards will be issued on June 11 and the exam is slated to be held on June 15.
NEET PG 2025 Exam City Slip: How To Download?
Step 1 – Check for the message that was sent by NBEMS by going to your registered mail or mobile number.
Step 2 – Make sure that all the information on the slip is correct, including your name, registration number and assigned city.
Step 3 – Review the personal information and screen save or download the city slip for later use.
NEET PG 2025 Exam Pattern
The NEET PG test will be administered using a computer-based test mode (CBT) in English language only. The exam will consist of 200 multiple-choice questions for 800 marks. The paper will be divided into five sections, and each section will have 40 questions. The total time allotted is 3 hours 30 minutes (210 minutes). Each section is timed following which students must move on to the next section. Candidates must note that they cannot go back to the previous section either. NEET PG will have questions from 19 MBBS subjects divided into pre-clinical, para-clinical and clinical subjects.
Each accurate response will receive four marks, while each incorrect response will result in the deduction of one mark. General and EWS category candidates are required to score a minimum of 50 percentile in NEET PG to qualify for counselling. While SC, ST, and OBC category candidates must score at least 40 percentile to clear the exam.
To be considered for admission to 26,699 Doctor of Medicine (MD), 13,886 Master of Surgery (MS) and 922 PG Diploma seats, candidates must pass the NEET PG 2025 exam.
