–National Institutes of Technology (NITs): 24,525 seats
–Indian Institutes of Information Technology (IIITs): 9,940 seats
–Other-Government Funded Technical Institutes (Other-GFTIs): 10,228 seats
The total seat availability across all participating institutes is 62,853.

After the announcement of the JoSAA Round 1 seat allotment on June 14, 2025, candidates who have been allotted a seat are required to complete the mandatory online reporting process. The online reporting window for Round 1 will be open from June 14 to June 18, 2025.
This includes paying the seat acceptance fee, uploading the required documents, and responding to any queries raised by the verifying authorities.

Candidates must ensure that the seat acceptance fee is paid on or before June 18, failing which their allotted seat will be forfeited. In case of any payment-related issues, JoSAA has scheduled a resolution window on June 19, 2025 to address and resolve such discrepancies. Additionally, if candidates receive any queries during the verification process, they must respond by the last date, June 20, 2025.
