Step 2: On the homepage, click on the UP NEET UG Counselling 2023 link
Step 3: A new page will open, enter the registration details and click on submit
Step 4: Fill in the NEET UG Counselling application form and pay the fee
Step 5: Download and take a hardcopy of the form for future reference
