AIBE 19 Answer Key 2024: The Bar Council of India (BCI) is expected to release the answer key for the All India Bar Examination (AIBE 19) 2024 soon. Candidates who appeared for the exam will be able to download the answer key from the official website at allindiabarexamination.com. Candidates will need to log in through their registration number and date of birth to download the answer key.
The provisional answer key will allow candidates to review and calculate their probable scores. If there are discrepancies, candidates can raise objections within the specified deadline. After reviewing the challenges, subject experts will finalize the answer key.
The AIBE 19 exam was conducted on December 22 and consists of 100 multiple-choice questions (MCQs) to be completed within three hours. Candidates earn one mark for each correct answer, with no negative marking for incorrect responses. To qualify, General and OBC category candidates must score at least 45%, while SC, ST, and disabled candidates require 40%.

The Bar Council of India (BCI) allows candidates to request a rechecking of their AIBE 19 results. Those dissatisfied with their results for 2024 can apply for rechecking through the official AIBE website.
Clearing the All India Bar Examination (AIBE) is mandatory to practice law in India. Passing the exam is required to obtain the Certificate of Practice (COP) issued by the Bar Council of India. Without this certification, law graduates, even if registered with a State Bar Council, cannot legally represent clients in court or provide legal counsel as advocates.
