The Bar Council of India (BCI) has released the All India Bar Examination (AIBE) 19 answer key 2024. Candidates who appeared for the exam can check and download the provisional answer key from the official website at allindiaexamination.com.
The AIBE XIX answer key will help candidates to estimate their probable scores. Each correct answer earns one mark, and there is no negative marking for incorrect responses. To qualify, candidates in the General and OBC categories must secure at least 45 per cent, while SC, ST, and disabled candidates need 40 per cent.

Step 3: Now enter your login credentials.
Step 4: Your answer key will be displayed.

The exam was administered on December 22, 2024, in both online and offline mode across over 50 Indian cities. The AIBE 19 exam consists of 100 multiple-choice questions (MCQs) to be completed within three hours.
The Bar Council of India (BCI) provides an option for re-checking AIBE 19 results. Candidates who are not satisfied with their AIBE 19 result for 2024 can request a rechecking of their results through the official AIBE website.
Clearing the All India Bar Examination (AIBE) is mandatory to practice law in India. Passing the AIBE is a prerequisite for obtaining the Certificate of Practice (COP) issued by the Bar Council of India (BCI). Without this certification, law graduates cannot legally represent clients in court or offer legal counsel as advocates, even if enrolled with a State Bar Council.
To be eligible for the exam, candidates must have completed three or five-year LLB courses from BCI-recognised universities or approved colleges. There are no age restrictions for the AIBE exam; candidates of any age who meet the qualifying requirements are eligible to apply and participate.
