The Bar Council of India (BCI) is expected to release the All India Bar Examination (AIBE) 19 result soon. The exam was held on December 22, 2024. Thereafter, the answer key objection window opened on December 30, 2024. The last date to challenge the answer key was January 10.
Based on the objections raised, the BCI is expected to release the scorecards anytime soon. Candidates who took the exam can check the result on the official website at allindiabarexamination.com, once out. They will need their registration ID and password to check the scores. As per the marking scheme, for every correct answer, candidates will be awarded one mark. There is no negative marking.
AIBE 19 Result: Steps to Check
Step 1. Visit the official BCI website at allindiabarexamination.com.
Step 2. Navigate to the ‘Results’ or ‘Examination’ section on the homepage and click on it.
Step 3. Identify the link corresponding to the AIBE 19 Result and click on it.
Step 4. A new page will prompt you to enter your login credentials, registration, or roll numbers.
Step 5. After providing the necessary information, click submit.
Step 6. The AIBE Result 2025 will be presented on the screen.
Step 7. Carefully review your result, encompassing your qualifying status and marks obtained.
Step 8. Download the result, save it, and take a printout for future reference.
AIBE 19 Result: Passing Marks
The AIBE 19 pass rate for general category candidates falls between 40 per cent and 45 per cent. The pass rate for candidates who belong to Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST), or Persons with Disabilities (PWD) categories has been increased to 40 per cent from the earlier 35 per cent mark.
The “result will be evaluated based on the Question Paper set code provided during the examination which you filled in your handwriting on the OMR answer sheet,” the BCI has informed. “There is no need to worry about any mismatch between the QP booklet number and OMR answer sheet serial number,” the Council added.
