AIIMS Delhi collaborates with IP University to strengthen patient grievance redressal – Times of India

NEW DELHI: Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University will provide technical support to AIIMS, Delhi, to enhance its patient grievance redressal system. An MoU was signed between the two institutions, represented by Ms. Sunita Shiva, Registrar of IP University, and Prof. Minu Bajpai, Dean-Academics of AIIMS, Delhi, during a ceremony at AIIMS.

The Director of AIIMS, Delhi, Prof. M. Srinivas, and Vice Chancellor of IP University, Padmashri Prof. (Dr.) Mahesh Verma, were also present at the signing ceremony.
According to the MoU, IP University will create a web application for user feedback in areas like security and sanitation for AIIMS, Delhi. This application will be developed at no cost and will initially serve as a pilot project for the mother & child care block of AIIMS, Delhi. Following a successful trial, it will be extended to other blocks.

The development of this web application will be undertaken by the expert team at the University School of Automation & Robotics of IP University, which holds significant expertise in the field. This collaborative effort aims to improve patient experience and overall operational efficiency at AIIMS, Delhi.
