AP PGECET Counselling 2023 Web Options Entry Extended Till September 19 – News18

Sri Venkateswara University, Tirupati, has extended the web option entry for the AP PGECET counselling 2023. As per the latest update, the last date to complete the web options entry process is September 19. Earlier, the last day for the web option entry process was September 11. The university is holding the AP PGECET 2023 counselling on behalf of the Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education (APSCHE). Candidates who have not yet completed their AP PGECET 2023 web option entry can do so by visiting the official website at pgecet-sche1.aptonline.in.

The web option entry is being held for students seeking admission to postgraduate engineering programmes. Once the option entry process ends, the university will allow candidates to make changes or edit their preferences, if required, on September 20. Based on the choices entered online, students will be allotted seats. Subsequently, the seat allotment result will be declared on September 23. After the release of seat allotment results, the reporting to colleges will take place from September 23 to September 30.

“AP PGECET rankers who secure admission only in government universities are eligible for fee reimbursement,” read the revised notice.

Step 1: Visit the official website at pgecet-sche.aptonline.in.

Step 2: On the homepage, search and click on the link available for web options entry.

Step 3: As a new window opens, key in the login details (such as Hall Ticket Number, Date of Birth and Captcha Code). Then click on submit.

Step 4: Then enter the courses and colleges preferred from the list.

Step 5: Cross-check all the details on the form and click on submit.

–– Under no circumstances will the data that has been frozen or saved be available for alteration.

–– If the exercised options are saved but not frozen, the most recently saved options will be used to allocate seats.
