Assam 10th Board Exam 2023 schedule revised, check new dates for cancelled exams – Times of India

Assam HSLC Exam 2023: The Board of Secondary Education, Assam has announced the examination dates for HSLC Class 10 General Science and English subjects. Earlier, the 10th General Science and English exams were cancelled amid reports of paper leak incident and students using unfair means in the exams.
The revised schedule for Assam HSLC 2023 was announced by the Assam Education Minister Ranoj Pegu through his official Twitter handle. “The cancelled examination of General Science scheduled today(13/3/23) will now be held on 30 March 2023. On the other hand, the cancelled English examination in JR Higher Secondary School, Ganirgram will be held on 28th March. SEBA has issued notice,” reads Twitter post.

Pegu has also appealed to the HSLC candidates not to panic or feel disheartened over cancellation of General Science examination.
Earlier the Board of Secondary Education, Assam cancelled the exam stating reports of paper leak in media telecast. “We have a belif that such news may create confusion in the minds of the candidates and keeping in view of this the examination of General Science (C3) subject, which is to be held on March 13, 2023 (Monday) is hereby cancelled,” reads official notice.
