Comparably, a job market monitoring company, has published a list of the top 100 Best Companies for Work-Life Balance in 2021.

To make the cut, companies were anonymously rated by their employees for one year (September 17, 2020, through September 17, 2021).

Employees answered a series of questions about work-life balance at their company. Questions included, “Are you satisfied with your work-life balance?” and “Do you feel burnt out at work?”
