BPSC TRE 2023 Deadline to Download OMR Sheet, Extended to October 15 – News18

The Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC) has extended the deadline for accessing the Teacher Recruitment Exam (TRE) OMR sheet to October 15. The BPSC OMR sheet is available for download from the official website, bpsc.bih.nic.in, for candidates who took the Bihar school teacher exam. Previously, the BPSC TRE 2023 OMR sheet could be downloaded up until October 10.

The Bihar TRE 2023 exam was conducted in two sessions from August 24 to 26 at various testing locations around the state. The morning session exam was held from 10 am to 12 pm and the afternoon session from 3: 30 pm to 5:30 pm. The BPSC intends to fill 1,70,461 teaching positions across the state government schools through this recruitment campaign.

According to career360, BPSC chairman Atul Prasad had stated that the BPSC TRE results will be announced in mid-October. The release of the TRE 2023 result is likely to be delayed due to the extension of the deadline for downloading OMR sheets.

Aspirants’ calls for the release of the BPSC TRE result 2023 have steadily become more vocal in the meantime. A number of candidates resorted to social media platforms to voice their resentment and anxiety, claiming that they had been waiting for the Bihar teacher recruitment exam 2023 results for quite a long time.

In a post on the microblogging platform “X” (previously known as Twitter), a candidate requested BPSC chairman Atul Orasad to release the TRE 2023 results.

“Dear atulpmail sir, You are the only man in the system whom we trust. You have taken BPSC tre examination in the best way. Now it is high time result should be published. Please publish bpsc tre result,” reads the post.

The BPSC teacher recruitment exam scores will be made available on the commission’s official website shortly after the results are announced. The cut-off list will be generated based on the applicants’ marks and the total number of candidates who took the BPSC teacher recruitment test 2023, and the minimum cut-off marks will determine the minimum marks necessary to be included in the final selection list.

Candidates from the general category who took the BPSC teacher recruitment exam must get a minimum score of 40 per cent to pass.  A minimum score of 36.5 per cent is required for candidates in the OBC category to qualify.  SC/ST and PwD applicants, on the other hand, must have a score of 34 per cent and 32 per cent, respectively.
