The Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB) Class 10 or matric exams concluded today, February 25, 2025, with Vocational Subjects, Yoga and Physical Management, Security, Automobile Engineering, Retail and Trade, Healthcare and Wellness, Electrical, IT/ITES papers.

Over 15 lakh students took the matric exam this year of 58 impersonation cases have been caught, reported Careers360. The board also expelled 51 students for using unfair means. Three students were expelled during the general English paper on the sixth day of exams, whereas 10 impersonation cases were also detected.

On the fifth day of the matric exams, three expulsions occurred alongside 10 instances of impersonation. The initial two days of the exams saw the highest number of expulsions, with 24 students removed and 18 impersonation cases reported.

The class 10 exams commenced on February 17 and ended today. The BSEB class 12 exams 2025 were conducted from February 1 to 15. The internal assessment or the practical examinations for the matric exam candidates were conducted from January 21 to 23, 2025.

Usually, Bihar Board 10th and 12th examinations are conducted in February. For the last few years, the BSEB has been the first to conduct the board examinations as well as announce the results.

The BSEB Chairman Anand Kishore has announced tentative dates for the declaration of the 2025 board examination results. Students can expect the class 10 results in the first week of April 2025. The class 12 results will be released earlier, in the last week of March 2025.

Once announced, students can access and download their BSEB Inter and matric result 2025 mark sheet at the official websites – biharboardonline.bihar.gov.in and results.biharboardonline.com.

Every year, the toppers in Bihar Board Class 10th and 12th are usually awarded with cash prizes. Students who get first, second, and third position get Rs 1 lakh, Rs 75,000, and Rs 50,000 respectively. Apart from this, laptops are also given to the students.
