In 2025, a total of 23,85,079 students registered for the exam, out of which 23,71,939 appeared and 22,21,636 passed, resulting in an overall pass percentage of 93.66%, which is a 0.06% increase from 93.60% in 2024.

When it comes to gender-wise performance, girls have once again outshone boys, achieving a pass percentage of 95.00%, while boys recorded 92.63%. This places girls 2.37% ahead of boys in terms of success rate. Transgender candidates also performed impressively, with their pass percentage improving significantly from 91.30% in 2024 to 95.00% in 2025.
