CBSE Board Exam 2025: According to the official schedule, the class 10 exams will be conducted from April 7 to 11 and the class 12 exams will be held on April 11, 2025

The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has released the date sheet for special examination for class 10 and 12 students who had participated in national and international sports events while the main exams were being held. According to the official schedule, the class 10 exams will be conducted from April 7 to 11 and the class 12 exams will be held on April 11, 2025.
The exams will be held in a single shift every day — either from 10:30 am to 12:30 pm or from 10:30 am to 1:30 pm, depending on the subject. Fresh admit cards will be issued to the students soon, the board has stated in its official notice. Students are required to reach the exam centre by 10 am. They will be provided 15 minutes of reading time for the exams.

Meanwhile, CBSE is likely to declare the board exam results 2025 for classes 10 and 12 in May. Based on the trends of the last few years, the CBSE board result is expected to be released in the second week of May. The 10th exams were held from February 15 to 18 and the 12th exam is being conducted from February 15 to April 4. CBSE board results are declared within 40-45 days of the end of the examination. Last year, the exams were held from February 15 to April 2 and results were out on May 13.
Once out, the scorecards will be available on cbseresults.nic.in, cbse.gov.in and results.cbse.nic.in. The facility to check results will also be available through SMS, DigiLocker (digilocker.gov.in), and the UMANG app. Around 24.12 lakh students appeared for the exams held across 84 subjects this time.
