CBSE Class 10, 12 Results 2025: Over 41 lakh students who appeared for the CBSE Class 10 and 12 Board Exams 2025 are now eagerly waiting for their results to be announced.

CBSE is expected to release the class 10 and 12 results 2025 soon. Going by past year trends, it is expected to be out by mid-May. All the latest updates related to CBSE Board Result 2025 can be checked only by visiting the official websites at cbse.gov.in and cbseresults.nic.in or the official X handle of the board.

Over 41 lakh students who appeared for the CBSE Class 10 and 12 Board Exams 2025 are now eagerly waiting for their results to be announced.

Many students forget their CBSE board exam roll number in a hurry or stress, some even misplace their admit card. In such cases, students can find out the roll number from the school or take help from his/her classmates. By knowing the previous or subsequent roll numbers, students can get an idea of their roll number too. Apart from this, students can check the result without roll number on third party websites like indiaresults.com.

CBSE Class 10, 12 Results 2025: How To Check?

Step 1 — Visit the official CBSE websites: cbse.gov.in or results.cbse.nic.in.

Step 2 — Click on the CBSE Class 10 or 12 scorecard 2025 link.

Step 3 — Log in using your application number and date of birth.

Step 4 — Download the CBSE Class 10 or 12 marksheet PDF.

Step  5 — Print it for future reference.

Students must secure a minimum of 33 per cent in each subject and overall to pass. Students failing one or two subjects can appear for compartment exams, while those failing more subjects will need to repeat the year.

The CBSE uses a 9-point grading system (from A1 to E) based on the marks scored by each student. A1 represents the highest grade, while grade E is assigned to those who fail the exam. The top 1/8th of passed students are awarded Grade A1, with the next 1/8th receiving Grade A2. Subsequent 1/8th groups of passed students are given Grades B1 and B2. This pattern continues with Grades C1, C2, D1, and D2. Those who do not pass the exam are given Grade E.
