CBSE Class 12 Results: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) announced the Class 12 results on Tuesday. This year, the pass percentage stands at 88.39%, which is 0.41% higher compared to last year. Students can check the results on the CBSE official website cbse.nic.in.

Vijayawada topped all the regions with 99.60 per cent pass percentage, followed by Trivandrum, Chennai and Bengaluru. Delhi West ranked fifth, while Delhi East got the sixth spot.

Exam controller Sanyam Bhardwaj said girls outperformed boys by over 5 percentage points in CBSE Class 12 board exams. More than 1.15 lakh students have scored above 90 per cent marks, and over 24,000 candidates got above 95 per cent marks. More than 1.29 lakh candidates have been placed in compartment.

This year, more than 42 lakh students appeared for the board exams conducted between February 15 and April 4. The Class 10 exams ended on March 18, while the Class 12 exams ended on April 4.

                                                                                   

The board has urged students not to trust fake news and to rely only on official sources. Students can check their results on the official websites – cbse.gov.in, cbseresults.nic.in, and results.cbse.nic.in, Umang app and DigiLocker.

How To Check CBSE Result On Digilocker

1. Visit the DigiLocker website (digilocker.gov.in) or use the DigiLocker app, available on both Android and iOS. Log in using your registered mobile number or Aadhaar ID. If you don’t have an account, sign up by following the on-screen instructions.

2. Find the CBSE Results Section: Once logged in, navigate to the ‘CBSE Results’ section on your dashboard. Make sure your CBSE roll number is linked to your DigiLocker account for seamless access.

3. Enter Your Details: You will be asked to provide your CBSE roll number, admit card number, and date of birth for verification.

4. Download Your Results: Once the results are officially declared, you can download your result sheet as a PDF for future reference.

5. Access Anytime: Your digital marksheet will remain securely stored in your DigiLocker account, accessible anytime.

Last year, 22,38,827 students appeared for the Class 10 exams, of which 20,95,467 passed. For Class 12, a total of 16,21,224 students appeared and 14,26,420 passed.
