CGBSE Chhattisgarh Board 10th 12th Result 2025 (OUT): Akhil Sen tops Class 12, Ishika Bala is Class 10 topper

CGBSE Chhattisgarh Board Class 10, Class 12 Result 2025 Declared: Chhattisgarh Board of Secondary Education (CGBSE) has declared its Class 10 and Class 12 board exam results. Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai made the announcement at a press conference at the Secretariat office, 5th floor, Mahanadi Bhawan, Naya Raipur, Atal Nagar. Students can now check their results online through official websites – cgbse.nic.in and results.cg.nic.in. 

This year, CGBSE Class 10 board exam had two toppers Ishika Bala from Govt HS School in Gondahur, Kanker, and Naman Kumar Khuntia from Swami Atmanand Govt Utkrisht English Medium School in Jashpur. Both candidates secured 99.17 per cent marks.

They were followed by Livyansh Devangan from Swami Atmanand Govt Utkrisht English Medium School in Simga, placing second with a score of 99 per cent.

The third position was shared by three candidates — Riya Kewat, Hemlata Patel and Tipesh Prasad Yadav — all scoring 98.83 per cent.

Overall, 85 candidates were on the merit list.

Chhattisgarh Class 12 board exam toppers

Akhil Sen of Govt HS School Koda Gaon Kanker placed first in the state’s Class 12 board examination with a 98.20 per cent score. He is followed by Shruti Mangtani from Vijay English School, Manendragarh, with a 97.40 per cent score, and Vaishali Sahu from Swami Atmanand Govt Utkrisht English Medium School in Berla, Bemetara, with a 97.20 per cent score.

Overall, 19 candidates were on the merit list.

In order to check their results, students must enter their rolling number as mentioned on the admission card. The field sheet includes a professional score, total brands, divisions and result status.

Step 4: Click on Submit to view your result.

Step 5: Download and print the result for future reference.

Step 1: Go to the education.indianexpress.com

Step 2: Register with the contact number and email ID.

Step 3: Click on the designated board exam result link.

Step 4: On the next window, select the board.

Step 5: Insert roll number and registration number.

Step 6: Your result, when announced, will be delivered to the contact number and mail ID.

Details mentioned in Chhattisgarh Board Class 10, 12 scorecards

The CGBSE Class 12 online result will include details such as the student’s name, roll number, and enrolment number. It will also mention the date of birth and the names of the student’s parents. The result will display the name and code of the school from which the student appeared.

Students can collect their original markings from their schools in the coming days. Students who are unhappy with the results can apply for a review or displayed for additional examination. Details of both will soon be announced on the official site.

In 2024, the CGBSE board declared the result of Classes 10 and 12 exam on May 9. The board conducted the Class 10 exams from March 2 to March 23, and Class 12 exams from March 1 to March 23, 2024 . The CGBSE recorded pass percentages of 75.64 per cent in Class 10 and 87.04 per cent in Class 12 for 2024. Compared to the year before, Class 10 saw a slight increase from 75.05 per cent, while Class 12 saw a significant increase from 79.96 per cent.
