CISF Recruitment 2025: Application Window For 403 Posts To Close Soon, Salary Up To Rs 81,100 Per Month

The Central Industrial Security Force’s (CISF) recruitment process for the post of GD Head Constable under the sports quota will come to a close soon. This is a golden opportunity for sportspersons who have completed Class 12 and are seeking a government job.

Candidates can apply on or before June 6, 2025. Interested candidates can submit their applications online through the official website.

Through this recruitment drive, the CISF aims to fill over 400 vacancies. However, certain eligibility conditions must be met to apply for this post.

Who Can Apply?

Candidates must have passed Class 12 from a recognised board. They should have also participated at the State, National, or International level in any of the recognised 29 listed sports mentioned in the notification. These include Wushu, Karate, Archery, Football, Handball, Fencing, Kho-Kho, Basketball, Cycling, Boxing, Judo, Kabaddi, Shooting, Bodybuilding, and more. Age Limit

Applicants must be between 18 and 23 years of age as of August 1, 2025. Only those born between August 2, 2002, and August 1, 2007, are eligible to apply. Age relaxation will be provided to candidates belonging to reserved categories as per government norms.

Salary

Candidates selected for the GD Head Constable posts will receive a salary in the range of Rs 25,500 to Rs 81,100 per month, as per the 7th Pay Commission, under Pay Level-4.

Selection Process

The selection will be based on multiple stages, including a Trial Test, Proficiency Test, Physical Standard Test (PST), Documentation, and Medical Examination.

Application Fee

Candidates belonging to Unreserved, OBC, and EWS categories must pay an application fee of Rs 100. SC, ST, and female candidates are exempted from paying the fee.
