Notably, Amid escalating geopolitical tensions, several COMEDK aspirants voiced their concerns about appearing for the exam, with many writing directly to News18, urging authorities to postpone the test to ensure their safety and peace of mind.

This year, 1,31,937 students have registered for the exam, which is scheduled to be held across 28 states, 179 cities, and 248 centres. It will take place in three sessions — morning (8:30 am to 11:30 am), afternoon (1 pm to 4 pm), and evening (5:30 pm to 8:30 pm).

“In such a sensitive time, going ahead with the exam as planned feels unfair. We’re not asking for special treatment — just a fair chance to focus and perform without the weight of national tension,” Nishtha, a COMEDK aspirant, earlier told News18.com.
