Delhi University PG Admissions 2025: The University of Delhi will today release the first seat allotment for the postgraduate admissions. Students who applied and registered for the course can check the allotment today at 5 PM at the official website-pgadmission.uod.ac.in. The seat allocation result released by DU is based on the basis of the candidates’ performance and scores obtained in CUET PG 2025.
According to the DU PG admission schedule for 2025, shared by the Vice Chancellor in the press conference held today, students must accept their allotted seats by 4:59 PM by June 20.
DU PG 2025 Seat Allotment: How to check
Step 1: Go to the official website – pgadmission.uod.ac.in.
Step 2: Select the link for the Round 1 CSAS result, under the “PG Admission 2025-2026” section, on the home page.
Step 3: Next tab, log in using the necessary credentials in the designated field – CUET application number, date of birth.
Step 4: The result will be displayed on the screen.
Concerned college departments will verify applications from June 17 to 21, and the final date for online fee payment is June 22. The university will announce the second round of allocations on June 24 at 5 PM.

According to the announced schedule, there will be two regular counselling rounds, followed by a mid-entry option. A supernumerary seat for single girl children has been added to each program. Admissions for PwBD, orphans, and SGC will start in the first round, while CW, sports, and performance-based programs will begin in the third round.

In the DU PG 2025 seat allotment result, the candidate will be provided the option to either “freeze” or “upgrade” their allocated seat. A candidate who gets their first preference in the allocation result will have the option to freeze the seat. They will not be considered eligible for another round.
DU PG 2025: Documents needed
— Admit card of the entrance exam
— Class 10 certificate
— Class 12 mark sheet
— Four passport-sized photographs
— Degree certificate of the qualifying exam
— Reservation certificate, if any
— Government-approved identity proof
In a significant development, DU has introduced a single girl child quota for the DU PG CSAS 2025 admissions. Under this quota, one supernumerary seat is reserved for girls who are the only children of their parents in every program. So far, 1,131 applicants have applied for DU PG admissions under this quota.
Meanwhile, the University of Delhi (DU) has launched the Common Seat Allocation System (CSAS) portal for admission of applicants for its undergraduate courses for the 2025-26 academic year in its 79 colleges. Applicants can register at the CSAS portal to get admission to the University– admission.uod.ac.in. This year, there are 71,624 UG seats (general and reserved) offered for DU under its UG admissions 2025 cycle.

There will be two phases in the CSAS portal, and phase one has started today. Phase two will start after NTA announces CUET UG 2025 results. As of now, students are waiting for the provisional answer keys to be released.
