Delhi University has launched the Common Seat Allocation System (CSAS) portal for undergraduate admissions for the 2025-26 academic year, DU’s Dean of Academics, Haneet Gandhi announced on Tuesday. The university is offering 79 courses across 69 affiliated colleges, with a total of 71,624 seats available for the upcoming academic session.

Additionally, to promote career-oriented learning, the university has begun admissions for various skill-based courses through its Centre for Innovative Skill-based Courses (CISBC), Gandhi added.

All undergraduate admissions this year will be based solely on CUET-UG 2025 scores. In the first step, students will have to first register by logging in with their CUET UG roll number. After this, information such as personal details, education qualification, category certificate (if applicable), EWS or PWD certificate will have to be filled. Other copies of the document will also have to be uploaded on the portal.

DU Admission 2025: Documents Required For Registration At CSAS Portal

– Class 10th certificate containing the name of the candidates, date of birth, and parents’ names.

-Class 12th mark sheet with the name of the candidate matching that of the CUET UG 2025 application form.

– Category certificate in the name of the candidate (if applicable) issued by the competent issuing authority should match their respective school board qualifying certificate and CUET UG Application Form. The names of the parents should also match in both the sets of certificates.

– Candidates claiming admission through ECA/Sports Supernumerary Quota will have to upload self-attested copies of requisite certificates and produce the relevant essential certificates when called for.

– Candidates seeking admission under the orphan quota will have to upload the death certificate of both the parents or the certificate of being an orphan from a government-recognized orphanage/charitable home.
