GATE 2025: Candidates who appeared for the exam conducted between February 1 and 16 can check the question paper and final answer keys now on the official website at gate2025.iitr.ac.in.

The Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Roorkee has released the final answer key and master question paper for the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) 2025. Candidates who appeared for the exam conducted between February 1 and 16 can now check the question paper and final answer keys on the official website at gate2025.iitr.ac.in.

IIT Roorkee has released the final answer key for a total of 30 papers. It is available in a PDF format on the website.

How To Download GATE 2025 Final Answer Key?

Step 1 — Visit the official website of GATE 2025 at gate2025.iitr.ac.in.

Step 2 — Search for the ‘GATE Papers’ link on the homepage. Click on the ‘Master Question Papers and Answer Keys’ link

Step 3 — Select your paper

Step 4 — Select the master question/ final answer key link

Step 5 — Cross-check and download. Print a copy for future use.

Earlier, the result of the GATE 2025 exam was released on March 19, 2025, along with the toppers list. More than 10 lakh candidates took part in the exam. In the GATE 2025 toppers list, Rahul Kumar Singh secured the highest raw score. He was followed by Sadineneni Nikhil Chowdary, who scored 96.33 marks in Data Science and Artificial Intelligence (DA). Rajneesh Bijarniya ranked next with 95.33 marks in Mechanical Engineering (ME). In the Humanities and Social Sciences (Psychology) category, Sajna Shukla achieved a raw score of 89.

Next, candidates have the option to take admission in MTech, ME, and PhD programmes in various National Institutes of Technology (NITs), Indian Institutes of Information Technology (IIITs), Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs), and Centrally Funded Technical Institutes (CFTIs). The admission process in IITs is conducted through COAP (Common Offer Acceptance Portal)

GATE 2025 scorecards will be valid for three years for students aiming for MTech programmes. However, PSU recruitment eligibility varies. Most PSUs accept only the current year’s GATE score, while some might consider scores from the previous year. Aspirants should check each PSU’s recruitment policy for GATE score validity.
