GATE COAP 2025: Eligible candidates can register through the official portal at gate.iisc.ac.in/coap2025 once the registration window opens.

The Indian Institute of Science (IISc) Bangalore is set to open registrations for the Common Offer Acceptance Portal (COAP) 2025 on May 13, 2025. COAP streamlines admissions to MTech programmes and recruitment by PSUs based on GATE 2025 scores. Eligible candidates can register through the official portal at gate.iisc.ac.in/coap2025 once the registration window opens.

To be eligible for COAP 2025, candidates must have a valid GATE score from 2023, 2024, or 2025. The portal is open to those seeking M.Tech admissions or PSU job offers from participating institutions. Registration links candidates to institute-specific offers using their COAP registration number.

It’s important to note that COAP 2025 registration doesn’t guarantee admission. Candidates must apply separately to their chosen institutes or PSUs for M.Tech programmes or PSU positions.

Round 1 — May 13 (10:00 AM) to May 15 (09:00 AM)

Round 2 — May 20 (10:00 AM) to May 22 (09:00 AM)

Round 3 — May 27 (10:00 AM) to May 29 (09:00 AM)

Round 4 — June 02 (10:00 AM) to June 04 (09:00 AM)

Round 5 — June 08 (10:00 AM) to June 10 (09:00 AM)

Round 6 — June 15 (10:00 AM) to June 17 (09:00 AM)

Round 7 — June 21 (10:00 AM) to June 23 (09:00 AM)

Round 8 — June 27 (10:00 AM) to June 29 (09:00 AM)

Round 9 — July 03 (10:00 AM) to July 05 (09:00 AM)

Round 10 — July 09 (10:00 AM) to July 11 (09:00 AM)

GATE COAP 2025: Important Guidelines To Note While Applying

— No “Retain & Wait” available for the third time if candidates selected “Retain & Wait” on the same (same Institute & Same Program) offer twice in two previous rounds

— In Rounds 1 to 4, you may choose “Accept & Freeze,” “Retain & Wait,” or “Reject,” but “Retain & Wait” cannot be selected more than twice for the same offer.

— “Retain & Wait” must be chosen in each eligible round. If no action is taken in a round, all offers in that round are automatically considered “Rejected.”

— Round 5 is a Decisive Round, where you can only choose between “Accept & Freeze” and “Reject.”

The GATE 2025 results, announced on March 19, 2025, by IIT Roorkee, can be accessed by candidates through the GOAPs portal. Scorecards for qualified candidates will be available starting March 31, 2025.
