Goa Board GBSHSE HSSC 12th Result 2025: The Goa Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education (GBSHSE) on March 27 announced the Higher Secondary School Certificate (HSSC) Class 12 results. As per the Goa board Class 12 result date and time announced earlier, the HSSC 2025 result was declared at 5 pm today. Students will now be able to check the Goa HSSC results 2025 on the official website of the board – gbshse.in.
While the Goa board Class 12 result is announced today, schools will be able to download the consolidated result sheet from the school login – service1.gbshse.in from March 29. They will have to use credentials including their seat numbers, dates of birth, school index numbers and names.
As many as 17,686 students in total had appeared in the Goa board 2025 HSSC examination in all the streams combined — arts, commerce, science and vocational streams. The Class 12 GBSHSE 2025 exams were held from February 10 to March 1 across 20 examination centres.

Last year, the Goa board Class 12 result was declared on April 21. GBSHSE conducted the exams in 2024 between February 28 and March 18 across 20 examination centres. Of the 17,511 students taking the Goa board HSSC exam last year, as many as 14,884 passed, registering an overall passing percentage of nearly 85 per cent. 81.59 per cent of male students and 88.06 per cent of girls had passed the Class 12 Goa board exam last year.

A total of 2,980 students availed the benefit of the sports merit marks in Goa board exams last year. Of the total students, 180 had passed the exam with the help of sports merit marks.
Stream-wise, in the arts stream, 86.33 per cent of students had passed last year, in the commerce, science and vocational streams, the pass percentages were 90.78 per cent, 82.41 per cent and 76.45 per cent respectively.
The 2023 HSSC examination had seen 95.46 per cent of the students clearing the Goa board exam. The overall pass percentage in the commerce stream was the highest – 96.52 per cent, while the vocational stream had the least passing percentage of 92.75 per cent and in the science and arts, they were 96.19 per cent and 95.16 per cent respectively.
