Goa Board 12th Result 2025: A total of 90.64% of the students who took the exams passed. The pass percentage among boys is 88.69%, and among girls, it is 92.42%.

Goa Board HSSC Result 2025: The Goa Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education (GBSHSE) has announced the class 12 or HSSC exam results 2025. Students who appeared for the examinations can check and download their scores by visiting either of the official websites at gbshse.in or results.gsbshsegoa.net. They will need to enter their seat number, school index number and registration number to access the scorecards online.

A total of 90.64% of the students who took the exams passed. The Goa HSSC 2024 examinations took place between February 10 to March 1, 2025. This year a total of 17,686 students appeared in the HSSC examination in Arts, Commerce, Science, and Vocational courses. This includes 8462 boys and 9224 girls. The pass percentage among boys is 88.69%, and among girls, it is 92.42%.

The results for Arts, Commerce, Science, and Vocational courses were announced at 5 pm at a press conference conducted by the Board at the Conference Hall, Ground Floor, Directorate of Education, Porvorim Goa on March 27.

GBSHSE Class 12 Result 2025: Passing Marks

As per the board’s guidelines, students need to obtain at least 35 per cent of the total marks to pass the examination. Students who fail to meet this minimum requirement will not be considered qualified and will have to take compartment exams.

Goa HSSC students can opt for answer sheet scrutiny and re-checking to correct any totalling errors. The official website will soon provide a link for candidates to submit their answer sheets for rechecking.

GBSHSE Class 12 Result 2025: Past Year Pass Percentages

In 2024, a total of 85% or 14884 of the 17511 students who took the exam qualified. While 4156 students were from the arts stream, 5194 were from commerce, 5736 were from science, and 2425 were from the vocational stream. The pass percentage among boys stood at 81.59% and among girls, it was 88.06%. While 2725 students were placed in the improvement exam category.

In 2023, the overall pass percentage stood at 95.46 per cent. In 2022, the overall pass percentage for the Goa board HSSC exam was 92.66 per cent. In 2021, it was 99.40%, 89.27% in 2020 and 89.59% in 2019.
