AHMEDABAD: The Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board (GSHSEB) has announced the schedule for the supplementary exam for Class 10 students who failed in one or two subjects.
The exam will begin from July 10 and will conclude on July 14. The basic mathematics exam will be conducted on July 10 while the standard mathematics exam will be conducted on July 11. The exam for science subjects is scheduled on July 12 and Gujarati on July 13.
The board said that those students who failed in standard mathematics will be able to opt for basic mathematics in the supplementary exams.
This year, 91,036 Class 10 students have failed in one subject while 1,18,985 students failed in two subjects. Both included a total of 2.10 lakh students are eligible to take supplementary exams. The students will have to apply online on the board’s official website using their seat numbers and will have to pay their registration fees online, the board statement said.
