Gujarat Board Class 10th Result 2025 Date and Time: The Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board (GSEB) has announced that the results for the Secondary School Certificate (SSC) will be declared on May 8 at 8 am. Once declared, GSEB SSC candidates will be able to check their results on the official website of Gujarat Board at gseb.org.

The students who appeared for the GSEB Class 10 exam will be able to obtain their results online and download the marksheet from the official result portal using their individual credentials, such as roll number and date of birth.

As per the official announcement by the GSEB board, the results for SSC Class 10 board exams will be made available in the morning. According to the time shared in the statement, the result will be out at 8 am.

Gujarat Board Class 10th Result 2025 Date and Time: Exam overview

To pass the Gujarat Board Class 10 exam, students need to secure a minimum of 33% marks in each subject. The details regarding the supplementary exams will be released after the declaration of SSC Class 10 results. This year the exams for GSEB SSC Class 10 were conducted by the board from February 27 to March 10, 2025.

In the previous session, the exams were held from March 11 to March 22. The GSEB board declared the SSC Class 10 results on May 11. For previous years the results declaration dates have been May 25 (2023), June 6(2022), June 29(2021) and June 9 (2020).

Festive offer

The pass percentage had witnessed a sharp rise. The percentage in 2024 was 82.56 per cent. It was an 18 per cent jump from 2023 when the percentage was 64.62 per cent.

The girls had performed better than the boys with an pass percentage of 86.69 per cent. The pass percentage among boys was 79.12 per cent.

Subject-wise, last year basic math had the lowest passing percentage of 83.4 per cent while standard math had the highest of 99.45 per cent. 

If we look at the last year’s result District-wise, Gandhinagar district had secured the highest passing percentage of 87.22 per cent, whereas Porbandar had the lowest passing percentage which was 74.57 per cent. As many as 70 schools had 0 per cent results whereas 1,389 schools had achieved 100 per cent results.
