Gujarat Teaching Assistant Recruitment 2022: The Gujarat Government has announced the recruitment of a total of 2600 teaching assistant candidates in the state. As per the sources, the notification of Gujarat recruitment is expected to be published by today and the application process will commence soon after that. The news was notified by Minister of Education, Science & Technology-Government of Gujarat, Jitu Vaghani through his official twitter handle that reads, “State government’s decision to recruit 2,600 teaching assistants.”

According to the sources, out of the total 2600 posts, there will be 1000 teaching assistant posts for Class 1 to 5 and 1600 posts for Class 6 to 8. For the remaining 1600 posts, 750 posts will be for Maths-Science, 600 for social science subjects, and 250 for other languages. Along with that, the state government has decided to award 5 percent extra marks to widow women candidates applying for this recruitment.
