The Haryana Board is conducting the October 2023 exams for Classes 10 and 12 from October 19 to November 11. However, there have been changes in the exam dates for Class 10 Mathematics and Class 12 Geography
The Haryana Board of School Education (BSEH) has changed the dates for the 10th and 12th grade academic/open exams to be held in October. Now, according to the new schedule, the geography exam for class 12 and the math exam for class 10 will take place on October 19. The October exams are being conducted by BSEH for those students of classes 10 and 12 who have applied for re-appear, compartment, additional, or improvement.
The Haryana Board will soon issue the admit cards for the October 2023 exams for classes 10 and 12. To enter the exam centre, candidates must show their BSEH exam admit card which can be downloaded from the official website, bseh.org.in, using the login details.
Students appearing in the exam should note that calculators and mobile phones are not allowed during the exam. If a candidate is found with such devices, the board will consider it a violation of exam rules. Haryana Board has rescheduled the October exams because the Common Entrance Test (CET) Group D exam is scheduled for October 20 in the state. These October exams by BSEH are for students in classes 10 and 12 who have applied for re-appear, compartment, additional, and improvement.

This year’s BSEH class 10th board exam had a pass rate of 65.43 per cent, which means that 35 per cent of students unfortunately didn’t make it through according to the statistics. A total of 69.81 per cent of girls successfully passed, while 61.41 per cent of boys managed to do so. On the other hand, the Haryana class 12 board exam had a higher pass percentage of 81.65 per cent, indicating a better performance overall. If we look at the results for Class 12, as many as 87.11 per cent of girls and 76.43 per cent of boys passed the Class 12th board exams in 2023.
Candidates should be aware that breaking exam rules, such as using calculators or mobile phones, can lead to serious consequences for the candidate. This might involve being flagged as engaging in unfair practices, which could negatively impact their exam results and future opportunities.
