Haryana Board HBSE Class 10, 12 result 2025 Date: The Haryana Board of School Education (HBSE) is set to announce the Class 10 and 12 exam results for the 2025 academic year between May 12 and May 17, 2025. Notably, the Class 10 results will be announced first, with the Class 12 results will be announced shortly thereafter. The board aims to release both sets of results in close succession.
As the academic year concludes, students and parents are eagerly awaiting the official release of the HBSE 10th and 12th results, which will be accessible online through the official website at bseh.org.in.
This year, the HBSE Class 10 examinations for 2025 were conducted from February 28 to March 19, 2025, in pen-and-paper mode. The initial date sheet was released on January 9, 2025, with a revised schedule issued on January 21, 2025. Students received their admit cards on February 19, 2025, ensuring adequate preparation time.
HBSE Class 10, 12 result 2025 Date: Improvement and re-examination scheme
The Haryana Board will conduct a second examination this year, in line with a few other states opting for a twice-yearly exam pattern, the Indianexpress.com has learnt. Students who do not achieve the minimum required marks to pass or are dissatisfied with their results will have the opportunity to appear for improvement exams.
The Board is likely to conduct these improvement exams by the first week of June 2025. However, detailed information regarding the application process, examination dates, and associated fees will be made available on the official HBSE website in due course.
HBSE Class 10, 12 result 2025 Date: How did students perform last year?
In last year’s HBSE Class 10 examinations, approximately 2.86 lakh students appeared. The overall pass percentage for regular students was recorded at 95.22%, while self-study candidates achieved a pass percentage of 88.73%. Notably, rural schools outperformed urban counterparts, with a pass percentage of 67.35% in rural areas compared to 61.28% in urban areas.
For the previous year’s HBSE Class 12 examinations, a total of 2,13,504 candidates appeared. The overall pass percentage for regular students was 85.31%, while self-study candidates had a pass percentage of 65.32%. Government schools recorded a pass percentage of 83.35%, whereas private schools achieved a pass percentage of 88.12%. Additionally, students from rural areas had a pass percentage of 86.17%, surpassing their urban counterparts, who had a pass percentage of 83.53%.
