Delete any irrelevant information
Some people leave their portfolio and resume as it is, even if their information is no longer updated or relevant. If you did a project long ago, you should exclude it from your portfolio, and you should only put recent and relevant projects or skills related to the position you are hoping to get.

It would be best if you also made it a point to keep your portfolio simple. This will allow any recruiter or HR team to know all the relevant information they need to know about you and your expertise without getting confused in the process. Let your portfolio be on your behalf.
