HP NEET PG Counselling 2024: Fresh Applications Invited After Minimum Cut off Percentile Reduced – News18

Himachal Pradesh NEET PG 2024 Counselling: As per the new cut off scores, candidates belonging to the General and EWS categories now need to secure 15 percentile and above to participate in the counselling.

After the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) reduced the minimum qualifying cut-off percentile of the National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test (NEET) PG 2024, the Atal Medical and Research University (AMRU) invited fresh applications for the counselling process. Those who are interested and eligible may apply for the Himachal Pradesh NEET PG 2024 counselling at the official website, amruhp.ac.in. The counselling registration will be live till January 12, 2025 (up to 2 PM).

As per the new cut off scores, candidates belonging to the General and EWS categories now need to secure 15 percentile and above to participate in the counselling. While SC, ST, OBC, and PwD category candidates must secure at least 10 percentile. “It is for the information to candidates that as per the decision taken by MoHFW in consultation with NMC, the percentile for NEET PG counselling 2024 has been lowered,” the official notice read.

— NEET PG 2024 result/scorecard

— Copy of duly filled application form for Himachal Pradesh NEET PG 2024 counselling

— Class 10 certificate (as proof of DOB)

— MBBS Mark sheets (all)

— Passing Certificate (MBBS degree course)

— Internship Completion Certificate

— Permanent/Provisional Registration Certificate, issued by MCI/SMC

— Disability Certificate (if applicable)

— Caste/Community Certificate (if applicable)

HP NEET PG Counselling 2024: How To Apply?

Step 1: visit the official website

Step 2: On the homepage, click on the registration tab and choose PG

Step 3: Now, select the course and enter the NEET PG 2024 roll number and email ID

Step 4: Fill out the application form and pay the registration fee

Step 5: Submit the filled form

Step 6: Download the confirmation page and take a print out.

AMRU conducting the counselling process for admission to 50 per cent of state quota seats across Himachal Pradesh. The remaining 50 per cent All India quota seats are filled by MCC.
