HPCL admit card 2025: Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL), a prestigious Maharatna Central Public Sector Enterprise, has officially released the admit cards for the Junior Executive Recruitment 2025. Candidates who applied for the position in Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, and Chemical disciplines can now download their admit cards.

Additionally, applicants must hold an engineering diploma in the relevant field to qualify for the Junior Executive positions.
Selection process for HPCL Junior Executive
The selection process for the HPCL Junior Executive role consists of several stages. Candidates will first undergo a Computer-Based Test (CBT), which will be divided into two sections. The first part covers General Aptitude, including English Language, Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, and Data Interpretation. The second part tests candidates’ Technical/Professional Knowledge relevant to their discipline.

Those who perform well in the CBT will be shortlisted for Group Task/Group Discussion, followed by a Skill Test and Personal Interview. The final selection will depend on the overall performance in these stages, including Document Verification and a Medical Examination.

The selected candidates will be offered a competitive salary package with a Cost to Company (CTC) of Rs. 10.58 lakh per annum. The pay scale ranges from Rs. 30,000 to Rs. 1,20,000.
