WBCHSE, WB Results, West Bengal Board HS 12th Result 2025: The West Bengal Council of Higher Secondary Education (WBCHSE) has today declared the HS results. The link to check the results and download the marksheet is now live on the official website of the council at wbchse.wb.gov.in and wbresults.nic.in. This year, the WBSCHSE Uchcha Madhyamik exam results will also be available at education.indianexpress.com. Students can check their HS results by registering for free.

This year, 4,73,919 students appeared for their WBCHSE Higher Secondary exam; of them, 4,30,286 have passed, resulting in a pass percentage of 90.79%, a slight increase from last year’s 90%. This year, Science recorded a pass percentage of 99.46%, followed by Commerce with 97.52%, and Arts with 88.25%.

The WBCHSE will distribute the hard copies of the WB Class 12 HS mark sheets, and pass certificates from 55 distribution centres across the state on May 8 from 10 am.

The results of all the three streams-Science, Commerce, and Arts have been declared simultaneously.

The WB Uchcha Madhyamik Board conducted the Class 12th board exams between March 3 and March 18, this year.

A total of 482948 candidates registered for the HS exam, of which 473919 appeared for the exams from three streams in 2,089 centres.

Last year, the results were announced on May 8 and the overall pass percentage was 90 per cent for all the streams combined. Total 58 students secured the top position last year, of which 35 were male and 23 were females. 13 toppers were from Hooghly alone, followed by nine from Bankura, seven from Dakshin 24 Parganas and five from Kolkata.
