Maharashtra HSC Class 12th Result 2025: How to check and download result marksheet
Here are the simple steps you have to follow to download your HSC Class 12 results
Step 1 – You need to go to the official website of the Maharashtra board- mahresult.nic.in

Step 2 – On the homepage, you will have an ‘Maharashtra HSC result 2025’ link option; click on it.
Step 3 – You need to enter details such as the roll number and mother’s name in the given fields
Step 4 – Now, click on the view result option to submit
Step 5 – Your HSC result 2025 will be shown on the screen

Step 6 – You can take a printout or screenshot of the Maharashtra HSC Class 12 result 2025 for further reference
The Class 12 marksheet will have the marks scored by students in different subjects. To collect the MSBSHSE Class 12 original mark sheets, students will have to visit their respective schools a few days after the board announces the results, as the marksheet made available through these websites will be provisional. The original hard copies of marksheets will be sent by the board to schools within a few days.
A separate circular regarding the MSBSHSE board Class 12 re-examinations and grade improvement exam will be announced by the MSBSHSE board.

The MSBSHSE board exams this year were held between February 11 and March 11, 2025.
In 2024, the MSBSHSE Class 12 board exams were held between February 21 and March 19 and the board declared the results on May 21. The overall pass percentage in Class 12 was 93.37 per cent. A total of 14,33,371 students had registered, out of this 14,23,970 appeared for the exams and 13,29,684 passed the exams. The pass percentage had witnessed an improvement from 2023. In 2023 the pass percentage was 91.25 per cent. It was a positive sign as in 2023 the overall pass percentage had witnessed a decrease from 94.22 per cent in 2022.
If we take a look at stream-wise performance in 2024. The Science stream performed best with a passing percentage of 97.82 per cent. It was followed by Commerce stream with a percentage of 92.18 per cent. In Arts it was 85.88 per cent, 87.75 per cent in vocational and 87.69 per cent in ITI.
The girl students had performed better than the boys. The passing percentage for the girls was 95.44 per cent while for boys it stood at 91.60 per cent.

Tanisha Bormanikar a student from Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar was the topper last year. Tanisha a chess player scored 582 marks and was awarded 18 marks from the sports quota, making her score a perfect 600 out of 600.
