ICSE Class 10 Exams 2025: Class 10th exams start today at 11 AM with English Language paper.

ICSE Examinations 2025 for Class 10 students are set to begin today, February 18, with the first paper, English Language, scheduled to start at 11 AM.  The last exam will be held on March 27 for the Environmental Science subject. The exams will be held from 11 AM and 9 AM. Students are urged to familiarize themselves with these instructions to ensure a focused and organized exam experience.

Reporting Time: Students must reach their respective examination venues at least 30 minutes before the scheduled start time of their first paper.

Students are strongly encouraged to read these instructions thoroughly to avoid missing out on critical details, such as the number of questions to attempt or any specific requirements for certain questions.

Stick to the Question Count: Students are expected to answer only the number of questions specified in the exam paper. Attempting extra questions could lead to wasted time and potentially affect performance, so sticking to the given question count is important for effective time management.

Students must ensure they write their Unique ID, Index Number, and Subject clearly on the top of the main answer booklet as well as on any continuation booklets, maps, or graph papers they use during the exam. This information is crucial for the correct identification and organization of answer scripts.

Writing Guidelines: Only black or blue ink should be used for written answers. Students should avoid scribbling on the top sheet of the answer booklet and must sign in the designated space.

Organizing the Answer Booklet: Candidates are advised to leave margins on both sides of the answer sheet. Each new answer should begin on a fresh line, and the corresponding question numbers should be marked in the left-hand margin. It’s important not to copy the questions in the answer booklet and to maintain a neat presentation throughout.

Use of Writing Tools While black or blue ink pens should be used for writing answers, pencils may only be used for drawing diagrams. Mathematical instruments and coloured pencils can be brought in for relevant subjects, but the use of electronic devices, calculators, or similar gadgets is strictly prohibited.

Time Management: In addition to the exam time, students are given a 15-minute reading period to understand the questions. It is important that candidates carefully read through the entire paper, managing their time wisely to avoid spending too much time on any one question. A steady pace will help ensure all questions are attempted within the given time frame.
