ICSE, ISC Improvement Exam Schedule 2025: As per the official schedule, the exams will commence on July 1. The detailed datesheet can be accessed at cisce.org.

The Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations (CISCE) has announced the improvement exam dates for the Indian Certificate of Secondary Education (ICSE) Class 10 and Indian School Certificate (ISC) Class 12 exams 2025. As per the official schedule, the exams will commence on July 1. The detailed datesheet can be accessed on the official website at cisce.org.
The ICSE exams will conclude on July 14 and ISC will end on July 17. The ISC exams will be conducted at 2 pm and 9 am, whereas ICSE exams will be conducted at 11 am. Students can appear in a maximum of two subjects.

July 10 — Chemistry – Science Paper 2
July 11 — Biology – Science Paper 3, Commercial Studies
July 14 — Elective Group 3 – Home Science, Fashion Designing, Physical Education, Computer Application, Commercial Application, Environmental Application, Economics

July 1 — Mathematics, Environmental Science, Sociology, Legal Studies
July 3 — Commerce, Geography
July 4 — Hindi, Nepali
July 7 — Art Paper 1 (Drawing or painting from still life), Physics Paper 1 (Theory), Business Studies, History
July 9 — Art Paper 2 (Drawing or painting from nature), Biology- paper 1 (Theory), Economics
July 11 — Biotechnology (paper 1) theory, accounts, psychology, political science, mass media and communication
July 14 — English – paper 2 (Literature in English)
July 15 — English paper 1 (English language)
July 17 — Art Paper 4 (Original Imaginative Composition in Colour), Computer Science – Paper 1 (Theory), Physical Education, Fashion Designing -Paper 1 (Theory)
The ISC Class 12 exams began on February 13, 2025, and concluded on April 5, 2025. The ICSE Class 10 exams started on February 18 and ended on March 27, 2025. The CISCE results for both classes were declared on April 30. This year, 99,551 students appeared for the Class 12 exams, with 98,578 passing, resulting in an overall pass percentage of 99.02%. Girls continued to outperform boys, achieving a pass rate of 99.45% compared to 98.64% for boys. The Class 10 results reflected a similar trend, with 99.37% of girls clearing the exams, ahead of the 98.84% pass rate among boys. Once again, girls have emerged as the top performers in both board examinations.
